Return and Refund Policy
1. Return Period
Customers have 5 days from the date of receipt of their order to request a return.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unopened and in its original condition
Be returned in its original packaging
Be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order number)
The following items are not eligible for return:

Sale items (if applicable)

4. Refunds
Once the return has been received and inspected:

5. Defective Products or Order Errors
If the product is defective or incorrect:

A replacement or refund will be offered.

6. Exchanges
Exchanges are only possible in the following case:
Incorrect item (product different from the one ordered)
To request an exchange:
The customer must contact customer service within 5 days of receipt.
The product must be returned unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Subject to availability, the product will be exchanged.
Otherwise, a refund or store credit may be offered.
Return shipping costs for exchanges are:
