France: 3 to 7 business days

International: 5 to 15 business days

4. Order Tracking

Once the order has been shipped, a tracking number is provided to the customer to track the package.

5. Damaged or Lost Package

In the event of a damaged or undelivered package:

The customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt or the estimated delivery date.

An investigation will be opened with the carrier.

These recordings allow us to verify the contents of orders in the event of a dispute.

7. Delivery Address
